In order to best support the application process for government benefit programs such as Social Security Disability Insurance (“SSDI”), Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”), Medicare, and Medicaid, BenefitsBoost® will collect certain Personal Information and other data that you voluntarily provide to BenefitsBoost®. This information will be used to fill out BenefitsBoost's application services.
We will use your or your clients' Personal Information to provide Services to you, which include but are not limited to the following:

- To maintain your account;

How Long BenefitsBoost® Will Retain Your and Your Clients' Personal Information
BenefitsBoost® will retain your and your clients' Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the use for which it was provided and for any other legitimate business purpose, including, but not limited to, compliance with any statutory, accounting, or reporting requirements. BenefitsBoost® may also retain offline archival copies of Personal Information for any applicable statutory retention periods.
You may at any time withdraw your consent to allow BenefitsBoost® to use and store your or your clients' Personal Information by informing BenefitsBoost® via support@benefitsboost.com that you withdraw your consent.
Change in Control
In the event, BenefitsBoost® or a substantial portion of its assets is acquired by, merged with, consolidated with, or incorporated into a third-party entity (collectively referred to as a “Change in Control”), your and your clients' Personal Information will be considered a part of those assets and will be included in the assets that are sold, assigned, or transferred during the Change in Control.
